What are suggestions of healthy ways to spend my time and life?

So, first you wanna start thinking about what are the different realms of life that exits. So you can think, there’s an emotional realm, there’s an intellectual realm, there’s a spiritual realm, there’s a physical realm, and then there’s kind of this activity, lifestyle realm. And so what I would recommend is you start figuring out, which of those realms are feeling kind of inadequate? And then start figuring out, what are some activities I can do that will help me get more fulfilled in that particular realm that’s not sufficient right now. So, things to think about, that you might wanna add into your life on a weekly or monthly basis, is maybe taking classes to learn new things. So if you’re intellectually wanna be more stimulated, you can learn new things that are gonna make you feel more creative or interested in something that you don’t know anything about. Or, create a new business. And then if you wanna think about your spiritual or emotional realm, maybe you wanna start learning about meditation, or therapy, or really connecting to yourself with yoga, or something of that nature. And, then, physical realm, you could talk about exercise, and eating, and really getting into something that makes you, some, I don’t know, wall-climbing, or something, that really pushes your limits, that makes you feel really satisfied in that domain. And, also, when you think about the kind of lifestyle of who do you wanna be and how do you wanna spend your life, you can think about philanthropy, you can think about “Who do I wanna give to? How can I give? What can I do to make the world a better place?” And, lastly, you know, you might wanna think about socializing, you know, that’s always fun. But maybe the type of socializing you’re doing isn’t really satisfying. If you’re off drinking all the time or, you know, doing things that are boring, shift what you wanna do with your social time with the people that you’re with.

So, in sum, I think that you should look for activities and projects where you can learn, where you can grow, and you can give. And just check in, do I wanna challenge myself intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, physically, or in my lifestyle? And then start refocusing and adding activities that fill you up in those domains. Worth a try.
